Julian James has been born!!! This is a super fast post with a small amount of info... I've had a broken 6 hours of sleep over the past 48 hours and need to go to sleep while Julian is sleeping!

I promise to put pictures up soon...

Anyhow, 5 1/2 hours after being induced with pitocin, Julian was born (only 3 pushes!) on July 29th. He weighs 8 lbs. 10 oz. and is 21 inches long. He was born with a unique feature: he has 12 fingers and 12 toes... the fingers have already been "tied off" in which they will basically cut circulation off to the "extra" fingers (there's no bone attachment), they will die and fall off in a few days, and his hands will look normal... The toes have bone in them, so they will need to be removed surgically when he's older. Once we've seen a specialist, we'll know more... It's called polydactyly, if you're interested in googling it. Other than the extra digits, he is a normal, healthy, beautiful baby! We are so excited and happy to finally have him here with us!

Like I said, I'm tired! So that's it for now. Check back soon!

Just a quick post to announce that Kathleen gave birth to Lauren Louise this morning! She weighed 8lbs. 6.5 oz. and is 22 inches long! She is a beautiful baby! Kathleen has already posted a lot of pictures on facebook... I'll have to figure out how to get a couple of those pictures on here... I'm just too tired right now and ought to get to bed!

As of one hour from now, I will be one week past my due date (should I be surprised???). I'm 2 1/2 cm dilated and 75% effaced and having plenty of Braxton Hicks contractions... HOPEFULLY I'll go into labor on my own tomorrow, if not, I'll be headed to the hospital early Thursday morning to be induced.

Check back in a few days to see baby pictures!

Here's another round of pictures! There are pictures from a couple months ago, 4th of July, Veronica's 3rd birthday and more.

Next round of pictures will be of baby Julian when he decides to make his entrance!

Here's a lot of miscellaneous pictures! Some are as far back as Michael's birthday in April!

Josephine's First Communion pictures:

This is a picture showing the lanolium floor Michael, his Dad and brother put down. Considering it was their first time, they did a good job! The picture is taken from the kitchen, showing part of the back hallway and into the dining room/washroom... Notice the mitre (spelling??) saw... I actually learned how to use it and a nail gun. I used both tools to put down ALL the quarter rounds after the lanolium floor was done! I'm sure it was quite a sight, being so pregnant... You can also see a bit of the wall color we spent so many hours painting before we moved in.

Hola! Just letting everyone know I'm still here! As many of you know, we've finally moved into our own home (a couple weeks ago) and are still amongst many boxes and disorganized mess!

If anyone of you want/need our new address, please e-mail me: jenniferaldana@msn.com

I will probably send out a mass e-mail to everyone on my contacts list, anyway...

I know I have some good pictures, it'll be a while before I get a chance to go through them.

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their summer! My sister and I both only have 6 weeks left (give or take) before we each have our new little bundle of joy! i can't believe it!

I was going through some old pictures (as far back as late January 2010) and realized there were a few cute pictures I never had the time to put up here... So here they are!

This is Maureen - she drew and cut out the picture... cute!

Here's a couple pictures from our most recent snow (from early Feb.). It was very WET snow (as you can see from Josephine's hair) and didn't accumulate, although it snowed for at least an hour.

Here's a couple Mardi Gras pictures. All three of the girls had a blast at the parades we went to... we went to a couple on the northshore and spent one entire day in New Orleans. I think it was a total of maybe 7 parades spread out over three different days.

I couldn't resist taking this picture of the girls. They were all doing their schoolwork (Veronica has her own preschool book that she writes in sometimes, she actually traces letters, shapes and lines pretty well). I snuck the first picture without them noticing me, then I got their attention so they could smile for the camera.
